Mana Yamamoto will represent Japan in the third edition of Pageant of the World.
A university student, Mana will graduate in 2019 as a medical intern. She likes sports and was the table tennis club captain in college. Mana has honed a special talent of performing "Ken-bu" which is the art of dancing with a sword and fan in a samurai costume. She is proud of her Japanese culture and hopes to work for the less fortunate when she becomes a doctor. An avid traveler, Mana loves the calm sea and fresh air of Da Nang in Vietnam and hopes to travel there someday!
She is the second Miss Japan to join the contest. Japan's Natsumi Iwama was a Top 10 Semifinalist last year.
