Mister Cambodia Pheong Chanbomey is the newly elected Mister United Continents 2018.
Pheong, 25, is the Mister United Continents 2018 Creativity titleholder. He is an actor, commercial model and singer. He is also a Management Major at the Royal University of Law and Economics.
Apparently, the original winner Eisa Hider Alfake of Sudan was dethroned. In this case, the management of MUC had to decide who will replace Mister Sudan.

Mister United Continents global male pageant did not adhere to the tired-old statement, "If for any reason the winner cannot fulfill his duties and responsibilities, then the first runner-up will take over." Hence, Zoel Ambrosino of the Netherlands, who ranked second overall during the world finals staged in Mandaue City, Cebu, in November of last year, did not automatically replace Alfake. He retained his post as Mister Masculinity.
The executives came up with its short list of nominees for the Mister United Continents 2018 titleholder last April, and it included the two other runners-up: third placer Phichairak Phimonmat of Thailand, named Mister United Continents 2018 Unity; and fourth placer Chanbomey of Cambodia, Mister United Continents 2018 Creativity.
It is interesting to note that Mister United Continents 2018 Pheong Chanbomey of Cambodia won the final deliberation of the global male pageant executives and board members held at the Maravilla Beach Club Resort at the Municipality of Tabuelan, Province of Cebu, Philippines, via a two-vote lead, which sealed his fate.
"No gushing tears, nor bittersweet embraces from his rivals, but Pheong will get a brand-new Mister United Continents crown and sash, an undeclared amount of cash prize from the organization, and a management contract fit for a king," Mister United Continents chief licensing officer David Natanawan said. "Now I can proudly say that we do have a new Mister United Continents 2018 titleholder!"
The reign of Pheong Chanbomey Mister United Continents 2018 will also be extended.
Pheong is the first Cambodian ever to win a global male pageant title!
