The Mister Island Tourism Philippines pageant conducted the Media Launch for its second edition last February 26 in Quest Hotel Cebu in Cebu City, Philippines.

It was attended by the previous edition's achievers:

1st Runner-Up: James Reggie Vidal

3rd Runner-Up: Marc Raeved Obado

4th Runner-Up: Terenze Matt Steven Obeso

The first edition winner is Rafael Tan, unfortunately his unable to join in the Media Launch since he is already working as a Flight Attendant. Same with 2nd Runner-Up Ed Ryan Piñol, who is employed in a hotel in Cebu.

Mister Island Tourism Philippines is the biggest male national pageant based in Cebu, a tropical island in the Philippines with diverse tourist attractions, rich in history and hospitable society.

It is organized and managed by Team Forte headed by the President and Founder Noel Inez. Board of Directors are Elmer De Venancio, Sidney Gonzales, Marimar Amores and Germaine Real. Kenn Bryll Catubay, first edition candidate, also hosted the event.

Expected number of entrants nationwide are 20 up to 24 gentlemen. The grand coronation is scheduled on April 30 in Cebu City with a prize of 100,000 Philippine Peso for the top winner. Also, the winner of Mister Island Tourism Philippines 2023 will represent the Philippines in the first ever Mister Island Tourism International.
