Aja Dilorenzo of the USA, Miss Culture Galaxy 2019 recently visited the Sunshine Prevention Center for Youth & Families in Long Island, New York for her platform which is bring awareness to drug addiction or substance abuse.
Sunshine Prevention Center started in 1992 and is a leader in the field of substance abuse and violence prevention. They worked together to build drug-free and violence-free communities in Long Island.
Aja said she had the honor of visiting the Sunshine Prevention Center to play games with the kids and teens, as well as talk to them about her title and her platform. Their topic was to talk about what they are most grateful for.
She recounts, "I feel so blessed that I got the opportunity to be a part of something so amazing! It truly warmed my heart."
