Miss Grand International Organization dethrones Claire Elizabeth Parker as their winner for the 2015 edition. Here is the official statement:

In regards to Miss Claire Elizabeth Parker, Miss Grand International 2015 to enter other pageant which she has discussed with our organization in which we suggested that the action is not suitable for the title she's holding as Miss Grand International queen, however, she has already made her final decision to move forward with her decision.
With our full respect to her decision which she decided to pursue her other path as such Miss Claire Elizabeth Parker will not be able to use the title of Miss Grand International 2015 or anything which is related to MGI trademark effective from now.

Claire Elizabeth Parker of Australia will compete in Miss Universe Australia 2019. This is her third try for the national title, joined in 2011 and 2015 and ended as semifinalists in those years. Later, she was appointed as the representative of Australia in Miss Grand International 2015. She placed 1st Runner-Up to the winner Anea Garcia of the Dominican Republic. Anea, after few months was dethroned and Claire assumes the title. Questions from the fans arises why she was dethroned after completing her reign and relinquishing her throne to Miss Grand International 2016 Ariska Putri Pertiwi from Indonesia. As the official announcement portrays, the organization do not want that their previous winners will compete in other international beauty pageants.
Who will take the crown? Will it be the 2nd Runner-Up, Vartika Singh of Incredible India? The 3rd Runner-Up, Parul Shah of It's More Fun in the Philippines? Or perhaps the 4th Runner-Up, Rattikorn Kunsom of Amazing Thailand? We will wait for another official announcement.
