| 2019 Mister Teen Earth Santiago Tenorio of Mexico |
Santiago Tenorio of Mexico, a model from Tampico, Tamaulipas was declared as the new Mister Teen Earth 2019. He achieved the trophy for Mexico for the fourth straight time.
The contest was held together with Miss Teen Earth 2019 in Theater Las Camaras, Guayaquil, Ecuador last September 1. It was hosted by Rodrigo Moreira and Victoria Concha.
His Runner-Up is Eros Bazurto, a fashion model from Ecuador.
