Nimitz Perez Encomienda from Tomana East, Rosales, Pangasinan is vying for the title 2020 Hari ng Filipinas.
Nimitz, 23, stands 5'11" and currently employed with PLDT Fiberhome. Nimencio, as he is called by his family and close friends is also a Computer Engineering Graduate with Honors.
He indicates, "I joined this pageant to maintain my self-confidence. It is also a great avenue for me to share my advocacy on Children's Welfare Support and Mental Health Awareness, developing camaraderie, and community involvement by achieving the Hari ng Filipinas Crown."
There are two winners of Hari ng Filipinas 2020, one will represent the Philippines in the fifth edition of Mister and Miss Culture World 2020 in June and the other one, will compete in the maiden edition of Man of the Earth in December. Both contests will take place in Vietnam. Hari ng Filipinas literally means King of the Philippines.
