On May 25, the 2019 Miss Culture International officially started with the grand launching and sashing ceremony. Seven lovely candidates were introduced.
It was held in Stonehill Suites, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Philippines. Billy June R. Caballero and Anne Hosenilla hosted the event and the sashes officially handed by Rizza Paula Lacson, President of Miss Culture International and Josh San Juan, Vice President. The seven candidates are as follows:
