Alina Garaeva, 23, will represent Russia in the first edition of Miss Culture International.
She joined Miss Culture International because, "It is a good chance to familiarize with other cultures, find new friends, to discover one of the most beautiful and incredible country, Philippines." She also joined Miss Asia 2017 held in India and won the Miss Photogenic award.
Miss Culture International 2019 is scheduled on May 25-31, 2019 and will take place in Negros Occidental, Philippines. Final coronation night on May 31 in SMX Bacolod, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.
