Lalam Teddy Tellah, 21, will represent Uganda in the first edition of Miss Culture International.
She comes from Kampala, Uganda. Her career includes, fashion modeling and being an actress. She joined Miss Culture International because, "I want to be a voice for the voiceless through my children building project, to learn the different cultures of the world through meeting different people with different cultures. To create positive relationships with different people from different parts of the world. Need to let the world understand the cultures of my country and to explore the beautiful Philippines.
Miss Culture International 2019 is scheduled on May 25-31, 2019 and will take place in Negros Occidental, Philippines. Final coronation night on May 31 in SMX Bacolod, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.
