Earlier this week the candidates of Miss Culture International 2019 were presented by the press and members of the academe.
Here are the answers of Miss Philippines Claire Therese Porras.
Culture in her country which she is proud of:
Proud of intangible and tangible cultures. Tangible cultures including the ancestral houses. Intangible cultures which are the Filipino values and having a great smile.
What is your nation doing, in regards to climate change:
In universities, they have "clean as you go." Manila bay is clean, many conducted river cleaning and Geothermal energy is utilized like in Negros Island.
What is your stand about mental health:
Mental health should be taken seriously, every negative there is a blessing in disguise. All of us should have faith in God.
If she will win the crown of Miss Culture International, the culture that she will promote:
She will promote "Bayanihan." It is helping others without expecting in return.
