Sylvernie Belinda Engelbert, 18, will represent Malaysia in the first edition of Miss Culture International.
She was born at Kota-Kinabalu, Malaysia. She joined Miss Culture International because, "I want to introduce to the whole world about my beautiful culture." Last year, she won the title, Miss Cultural Tourism 2018 in Miss and Mister Cultural Ambassador 2018.
Miss Culture International 2019 is scheduled on May 25-31, 2019 and will take place in Negros Occidental, Philippines. Final coronation night on May 31 in SMX Bacolod, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.
