Regina Sara Luitoso will represent Samoa in the third edition of Pageant of the World.
Regina is 20 years of age and currently studying a diploma in teaching. She is passionate in service to others and performing arts but also takes high interests in sports, education and going to church. Regina considers herself a person who is loving, supportive, and open to different cultures and backgrounds. She plans on utilizing this platform to pave a way for Pacific Islanders and those who are afraid to step out of their comfort zones. However, her main goal is to enforce change around the world, highlighting areas such as justice, equality and peace.
She is the second Miss Samoa to join the contest. Sally Moe represented Samoa for the first time last year.
