Mariama Sanyang will represent the Gambia in the upcoming 2020 Miss Interglobal pageant.
Mariama is 21 years old, stands 5'11" and a student of the University of the Gambia, Majoring in Information Systems Engineering in the field of Information Communication Technology.
"I have a passion for fashion, business and pageantry. I am also the founder and CEO of Arc Queen Entertainment (aQe), a business entertainment recently established to promote entrepreneurship through pageantry, fashion and entertainment services and skills."
"My life's ambition is to be able to grow from who I am and what I am to an eligible victorious woman, to be able to touch lives and inspire people through my work, career and passion. As a striving independent woman and a beauty queen, I believe our excellence does not depend on perfection, but rather how far we have come as an individual and how ready we are, to be the best and greatest version of ourselves. To me that's not just excellence, but real beauty and perfection, and that's what I live by," she concluded.
Most amazing thing about her country:
"The Gambia is the smallest West African country bounded by Senegal. Also known as the smiling coast of Africa, it's known for its diverse ecosystems around its river, abundant wild life, and beautiful sun and beaches. It's amazingly put together by different tribes and also one of the top African countries that has great tourist site attractions undoubtedly famous for its rich culture and beautiful nature."
The first edition of Miss Interglobal will take place in India.
